It's been a while since I last updated, and a shitload has happened since then. I'll start with the biggest news. After 3 and half years of living in Boston, I have decided to move back to NYC, where I fucking belong. This will enable even more collaboration between me and Christhunter, and can only lead to better things for GloryInDecay and Kill Records.
As far as Wolf Soldiers goes, we still haven't found an artist yet, but the music is mixed, mastered, and completely ready to go. We hope to have it released by Columbus Day.
Finally, today I recorded a 2-song demo for my Brutal Downtuned Medical Death Metal side project Pulverized Innards. The two songs are:
1. Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome
2. Chondrosarcoma

As of last night the next album entitled WOLF SOLDIERS is completed and will be off to the Butcher Shop to be mastered. It is 11 songs of pure fucking underground death metal. Since it will not be available until Fall 2006, I won't bother giving any more info........you'll have to fucking wait. We have not contacted any artists yet, I will update once we know who will be doing the cover. This album will be a REAL CD, and is without question the best shit we've done yet.
I hope to have Midgets Gone Mad T-Shirts at some point, as long as they're not shitty, iron-on quality. Check back for an update.
Today, Realm of Mutated Cannibals made it to #75 on the Death/Black Metal charts on Soundclick. This probably wouldn't be big deal to some Power Pop Beatle loving fag, but to a couple of Underground Death sickos like us, it pretty fucking cool.

Happy Fucking Boxing Day! Metal Maniacs screwed us again, this time seemingly accidentely. In the Shorts section of the new issue featuring the mighty DARK FUNERAL, the new short I sent in is featured, but for some odd reason Metal Maniacs deemed it necessary to take the below pic from our website and feature it along with the short.
If I wanted Metal Maniacs to publish a pic (which I did not by the way), I would have chosen the pic from the homepage. This pic does not say BRUTAL UNDERGROUND DEATH to me, it says "Brutal Lamp on my End Table Metal." So, FUCK METAL MANIACS, they've screwed us again.
Anyway, the "Leftovers CD" idea has been scrapped. A new full length is planned in its place. 11 songs are nearing completion, and will be recorded sometime between January and February. This new CD will be a REAL FUCKING CD, the time of Pro CD-R's is done.

I set up a page with Soundclick.com last night. It's cool because it's a lot easier to upload music to that page, rather than hosting it on the website. Check it out here if you want to hear the first 3 songs from Midgets Gone Mad. I'll defintely add a lot more shit eventually. Fuck profits, we just want sick fucks who understand TRUE UNDERGROUND to hear our music.
Work has begun on our next release, a "leftovers" from Midgets Gone Mad Pro CD-R, similar to what the Zombie Killer EP was to One Body, Ten Pieces. But in the year between Zombie and MGM, we've accumulated a good amount of leftovers. We have 4 songs completely written, and the frameworks for 3 more. We're also going to do 2 or 3 cover songs to commemorate what will more than likely be our last Pro CD-R release. The working title is CORPORAL WORKS OF PUNISHMENT, and it will be recorded December 2005, with the release date coming sometime Summer 2006.
GloryInDecay is not fucking business to us. Death Metal is an escape. We're stuck in 9-5 jobs for the rest of our lives and we have come to accept this as fact, so we take some of that money we earn and turn it into Brutal Underground Death.
Let me just once again state that anyone that has a problem with our use of a Drum Machine instead of live drums can FUCK OFF AND DIE.
Midgets Gone Mad has been a success on our terms, one month after its release. We have traded with a sick distros in Japan, Canada, and USA.

As of last Sunday night, Midgets Gone Mad is finally available. I have begun sending promo copies to a few 'zines and distros, and I'm basically just waiting to see what this release has in store for GloryInDecay. We're really happy with the results........it's Brutal Fucking Death, there's no question about that.
Eventually we're going to post the entire cd on the website so that people can download it. When we say fuck profits, we mean it. Anyone that wants the real deal can contact us.

Midgets Gone Mad may actually be available next week. Don't hold your fucking breath though, we're not the most motivated individuals.
You know, most of the people I jammed with back when I started playing guitar have gone on to play in fucking gay cover bands in shitty bars across NY and NJ. What a bunch of fags. I've gone on to play death metal. Christhunter has done nothing but play death metal. Fuck all those assholes. Yeah, they make money, but I'd rather be PURE FUCKING TRUE UNDERGROUND! If someone offered me a million dollars to play fucking "retro" rock like Fountains of Wayne or Jet, I'd tell them to fuck off and die. I'd rather spend my own money to write and record underground death.
Even though Midgets Gone Mad hasn't been "released" yet, work has begun on the new full length. I plan to take my time on this one, but so far the framework is done on 8 songs, and we have 12 titles that should make the next album.

We are finally going to "press" all the CD's in October, and start fucking trading with fellow undergrounders, and hopefully get the attention of some sick fuckers who haven't heard of us yet. I also added another review of One Body, Ten Pieces in the reviews section. Pretty much all the feedback we have gotten to this point is extremely positive, because whether you love us or hate us, we are PURE FUCKING TRUE UNDERGROUND DEATH!
It's fall today....fuck the summer! The summer is great when you're a kid because there's no school, but it does little for me nowadays. I have to work anyway, it's fucking hot, and there's no football or hockey.

After a 5 month absence, We're Back! Once the music was recorded,
we were waiting for Leigh Odom to finish the artwork, and once he did, the timing
was not good for me and X-Hunter to produce the CD's. But, we're fucking ready
now. Midgets Gone Mad should be available sometime in October. As last reported,
it will be 9 Fucking Brutal Underground Death Metal songs in the GloryInDecay
style.
We were at the Ohio Deathfest in late June ( not performing, but as fucking DM fanatics!). It was as advertised. Not too many people traveled from NYC like us, which I don't understand. It's fucking underground death people. Get off your asses, get in your cars, and go see some Death Metal. Not too mention that Cleveland has Steak & Shake, and some of the best Comic stores in the world.

I have decided to re-record the music for Midgets Gone Mad. The tracks recorded in February were good, and defintely an improvement over Zombie Killer......but our goal is to fucking BLOW AWAY anything we've ever done!! A few of the songs have undergone slight reworking and as of today the drum and guitar tracks are done on 6 of 9 songs. Also, Possessed by Ghouls has been re-added, as well as Live Embalming, a song that was originally written for a side-project idea I had called Pulverized Innards.
The baseball season started today....It's great to live in Boston and root for the Yanks, because when I'm happy, everyone else isn't. I get to brag about the Yanks at work and make everyone feel bad!! Christhunter has to deal with all theYankee fans in NY, so he's actually most happy when the Yanks lose. As long as someone somewhere is miserable, GloryInDecay is happy!
There's so much good fucking death metal to go around right now, I hope people realize that. Christhunter and I have hundreds of DM CD's between us, and there are literally more left to buy than what we already have. I recently bought CD's from Strangulation, Christ Denied, Mummification, Eviscium, Severed Remains, and Surgical Dissection that I would highly recommend.

The music for MIDGETS GONE MAD is complete and in the hands of Christhunter as of yesterday. Over the next month, samples will be added, the music will be mastered, and the packaging will be designed.
The tracklist is as follows:

Two completed songs were cut from the final tracklisting due to the fact that we try to avoid having albums that drag on for too long. We really haven't reached the point where we can get away with 9 song - 50 minute albums.

an MP3 or two in the coming month. MIDGETS GONE MAD is being targeted for an
early May release, one year after the last full length One Body, Ten Pieces
was released.

The new album Midgets Gone Mad is coming together. Its going to be 9 original true underground death metal songs.
The interview we did with Armando Mutilator from the Deaththrasher Webzine has been posted on their site. Its an awesome site with tons of great reviews and interviews, you should check it out, I'll put links up when I get a chance.
One Body, Ten Pieces was recently reviewed by Metal Maniacs in the Firing Squad section. As I expected, they slagged the shit out of it because everyone at MM with the possible exception of Nathan T Birk are a bunch of Nu-Metal ass kissing butt boys. If it aint some shitty Doom band, Hatebreed rip-off or Love Song Metal band, they're not interested, so I'd expect them to slag TRUE UNDERGROUND! Every once in a while they'll do a Enthroned or Bloodbath interview just to keep up appearences in the underground. I love Hot Dogs and Kraut by the way, but I fucking hate Mainstream Metal Maniacs.

It's finally a fucking NEW YEAR!! It's a new year and a new site, AGAIN!
2004 was busy for GloryInDecay and Kill Records. We learned a lot about the ups and downs of being in a KIY Underground Death Metal band.
We just did an interview with Armando for the DeathThrasher webzine! Look for it in the coming months, its even better than our last interview. Armando is a true underground brother from Argentina.
Recently we have traded copies of both releases to the mighty World Chaos Productions in Japan. Those sick fuckers in Japan kick ass!! Here in America we're wrapped up in no talents like Ashlee Simpson and shit like Killswitch Engage and Lamb of God. Lamb of God sucks, listen to Aborted.
It's good to be back in business, and look for a new GloryInDecay full length in 2005.

Once again we have traded with both Sevared Records and Obliteration Records! Both Barrett and Naru are true underground brothers and we salute them!
Writing has begun for the next full length which should be available June 2004. Also, watch for the Pulverized Innards and Crucifixioner debuts early next year.

So far we have not been able to get the new EP on any distros, which sucks monkey testicles.
Expect a new full length at some point in the first half of 2005.

The final tracking is done for the Zombie Killer EP, which will be 3 songs long. The tracks are Hillbilly Raiding Party, Zombie Killer, and Motorhome Massacre. The EP has once again been recorded and mixed at WROX Basement Studios by J Corpse, and will be sent off to The Butcher Shop tomorrow to be mastered by K Christhunter. Expect the final product to be available by November, not at Best Buy or Wal*Mart, but here through Kill Records.

Work on the new EP has officially commenced. One song is completely written, while 2 others are nearing completion. I put 2 new links in the links section for Mutilator zine, a cool underground site that mentions One Body, Ten Pieces and a cool Underground band Whorrid. Also, MetalJudgment finally reviewed the demo I sent them months ago. They slagged the shit out of our album, but they also think the new Killswitch Engage and Megadeth albums are good, so clearly they have no credibilty.
September 2004:
We are working on a shitload of new material. Expect a few Promo Singles featuring new songs, some older ones re-done (thats re-done, not re-mixed! Re-mixing usually means dance beats and other shit that ruins good Death Metal), and a few classic covers. Also, a new full length should be done by early 2005, as well as some other projects we are working on ( i.e. a full on Gore Metal project, and a USBM band inspired by the mighty Jupiter).
